Dr. Sisovsky's departure from AHN

Dr. Sisovsky leaving New Albany

It is with mixed emotions that I must inform you that I will be stepping away from my practice at  American Health Network, part of Optum. My last day will be November 15th, 2021. My wife and I  recently had a baby and have decided to move closer to family. It has been such a privilege to care for  you over the last 12 months! I truly thank you for the honor of being part of your life over this last year. That being said, I am very confident that our office will continue to work at the same high level to provide for your foot  and ankle needs. American Health Network, part of Optum is prepared to assist you in meeting your needs moving forward and I encourage you to see one of our wonderful providers here at our new, state-of-the-art New  Albany location. If you have any questions, please call 844-424-3668.
