It is with mixed emotions that I must inform you that I will be stepping away from my practice at American Health Network, part of Optum. My last day will be November 15th, 2021. My wife and I recently had a baby and have decided to move closer to family. It has been such a privilege to care for you over the last 12 months! I truly thank you for the honor of being part of your life over this last year. That being said, I am very confident that our office will continue to work at the same high level to provide for your foot and ankle needs.
